Saladworks, a successful and rapidly expanding quick-casual restaurant chain, needed to define and validate their business model before committing to accelerated national expansion.

Conducted first-ever customer research for the company designed to identify the core pillars of the Saladworks experience, franchise strengths and weaknesses, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities for improving the total customer experience at Saladworks.

Our research, insight and recommendations became the foundation of a 10-point action plan. The plan’s scope was all encompassing, addressing strategic, tactical, and operational issues.

As a result, Saladworks gained the customer insight to understand their "meaningful point of difference" and refine their business model and tactics to ensure successful franchise expansion in the future.
